Fairies Do Exist

A guy in our ward did a "photo workshop" this morning. He takes BEAUTIFUL landscape pictures and he showed us some of his favorite spots to take pictures at Garden of the Gods. Now, I don't have an eye for landscapes (please remember that while viewing these photos), I do much better with people. But, it was nice to have something sit still for as long as I needed it to. Here are some of the pictures I took:

There were also some really cool trees there, so I snapped some pictures of those too.

I took some pictures of the flowers at the temple today. I haven't had a chance to look at all of them yet, but here is one for now. I LOVE tulips, and I love how this tulip stands out in a sea of yellow.
There is a traveling carnival that comes to town every year. I don't ride the rides because they are a bit too flimsy for my liking, but I thought it would be fun to snap some pictures. Well, I thought it was fun anyway, my kids kept saying "Can we go home now?" Amateurs.

I have been waiting and waiting for Spring to come. I want to be outside, to plant my garden, and play with the kids at the park. My neighbor's bush is finally starting to blossom which means Spring is here. Hopefully we won't have any more freak snow storms.
