Me and my boys

One of my boys asked me to take a picture of him and me. He wanted to put it on his bed so he could look at it before he went to sleep every night (isn't that sweet?). Of course he wouldn't smile for it.

And since big brother got a picture taken, little brother wanted one too. He wouldn't stop smiling!

A little bit of Spring

It has been cold here lately and it feels like winter is starting to set in. All the leaves have fallen off our tree, you can see your breath when you go out in the morning, and we woke up to a light dusting of snow the other day. I went around the corner of my house to get my trash can out and put it on the curb, and I saw this. One of my lilies in bloom. They never bloom this late. It brightened my day.

A walk

Enjoying the sun on the last days before winter comes.

Lucky Ladybug

Dandelion

Usually shadows are a photographers worst nightmare (see above picture), but I like the shadows in the next two pictures.

Baby Blues

I couldn't resist making everything black and white except her eyes. I love her eyes.

I have the cutest family and I like to take pictures of them.....alot

I think my kids might be tired of me constantly wanting to pose them and snap pictures, but I like doing it and it gives me practice. Here are some I snapped this weekend.

Not gonna smile.

Oh look, there's a hint of a smile.

On this one I was playing around with the some of the blurring techniques in Photoshop. I think it gives it a feel of motion (kind of, maybe?). And, Baby Girl really does like her Dad to toss her, just not today.

The Shrine

And a panoramic shot that John took from the top.
It's 14 different shots merged together.
